SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Clothing & Accessories

When will my order be shipped?  - We process clothing and accessory orders on a weekly cycle. Orders must be placed by Monday at 10am too be included in that week’s batch.We order stock every Tuesday and dispatch these orders every Friday

Everything Else - standard working times for production are between 7-14 working days - depending on items some things may be in production earlier.

How Long Does Delivery Take? - Once dispatched delivery times will depend on the Carrier & chosen shipping method. 

Do you offer tracked shipping? - Yes, tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? - We have recently just introduced US shipping & plan to add more.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy? - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached - we DO NOT accept returns on personalised items.

How do I start a return? - get in touch via live chat ( bottom left corner) or email us at hellotkc@outlook.com stating your order number

When will I receive my refund? - once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? - We accept all major debit & credit cards including Visa,Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal and other methods at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website? - Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through trusted, secure payment gateways. We never store your details. 

PRODUCT CARE

How should I care for my clothing? - To keep items looking there best, we recommend washing on  cool cycle (30 degrees or below ) and avoid tumble drying. Always check the care instructions with your garment for specific instructions
